Proceeds from the 2011 Festival of Flowers will benefit Providence’s Cardiology department with the purchase of advanced Echo/Vascular upgraded technology .The Echo/Vascular upgrade will allow state of the art digital imaging to be available for the physician to evaluate. These digital images will provide a higher quality of imaging to assist the physician in diagnosing heart issues and circulatory issues throughout the body. This upgrade will help to facilitate true continuum of care capabilities and serve to expedite delivery of diagnostic services and physician decisions, potentially reducing patient's length of stay.
